Had my first chemo yesterday. I think everthing went well. Doc says if all goes well we could be cancer free in 4 to 6 months. I hope so, I am really tired of probs, shots and visits to see the docs in Indy. However I am sure that do to all the prayers that you all sent, it is not near as bad as it could have been. I can't brag enough about Kate, she is always beside me through every step. Such a great feeling. :ymhug: :x :ymhug: :x :ymhug: :x :ymhug: :x

Love you lots Kate!!!!! :x

Jeff - as I said in an earier e mail to you, I am so very happy for you. But we all knew you were a bit to ornery and that cancer didn't know what it was up against! Lol

Kudos to that gem of a wife Katie. I've learned from helping my parents with their ailing parents that caregiving is not an easy job. You are so lucky to have a wonderful supportive family. I feel blessed myself as do many of the folks I've met through these forums. Friends are special and often part of your family but when it comes down to it...you can count on family. You are blessed.
