Makes opening so easy! If you'd like a remote control garage door opener, let us know, we can do it!!! All have brand new concrete floors! We have 4 bldg. Pads built up above ground water level with run off designed in the excavation! Every unit has some of the latest LED lights in each bay w/110v plugs on limited access too! Yes, electric! So, charging/trickling a battery up won't be a problem! Leases are $115.00 monthly by signing a 1 yr. Lease contract! Or 6 mos. leases are $750.00! Water access is easily available too, & included! Oh, bldgs. are 85' apart which makes maneuvering much easier! Gated, newest commercial HD, HQ, live streaming/recording in the cloud...24/7 Video/audio wireless security cameras!
