I know LC, it's killing us...I hate having 2 houses! LOL Just a really bad time to sell, but it sure is a buyer's market right now. Just need to find somebody that wants to live in Jamestown.

Just wanted to say too that this house comes fully furnished with living room suite, 1 bedroom suite, huge computer desk, flat top stove, refrigerator, new dishwasher, dining room table, washer and dryer, gas fireplace on hearth, and microwave. I even left all the pictures on the walls. All ya gotta do is move in!

Unfortunatly I see no mention of the fridge. Is the beer and bourban included? If not then I am not interested.

Spare read the post again.....there is a refrigerator mentioned! There could be a deal worked out for beer and bourbon too! LOL Also forgot about the 2.5 car extra garage too.!

Is this house still available? I can say that this is a very comfortable place because of the good environment. I will refer this to my friend who is actually looking for a good house for her family.
