We are proud to announce our new addition of the sales and installation of MARINE FLOORING by VEPO. Call Custom Image for more information at (606) 485-9175. Visit our website http://www.customimageofsomerset.com .

Orthodek is an alternative marine flooring product.

Orthodek Facts
⦁ Custom Made, every boat is slightly different and Orthodek is customized to every boat.
⦁ Made in the USA, all processing steps are produced in Painesville, OH.
⦁ Design
⦁ Laminating
⦁ PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) application
⦁ Brushing
⦁ Milling
⦁ Colors (widest range of colors offered)
⦁ VCell Options: 23 Solid Colors / 13 Multi Colors
⦁ Almost all Orthodek projects are produced using a two-layer laminate (3mm+3mm). The 2 layers allows for the design to stand out and make for a true custom appearance.
⦁ Textures
⦁ 4 options: Smooth, Brushed, Diamond, Scallop
⦁ Brushed: 99% of Orthodek orders
⦁ Diamond/Scallop: jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks & other similar crafts
⦁ Smooth: it’s natural state
⦁ Cleaning / Staining
⦁ Soap & Water, use the same detergents that are used on the boat. (stay way from softscrub)
⦁ Staining, VCell is a close cell foam. Meaning bacteria and other liquids do not penetrate into the foam. This allows the foreign substance to be removed with a light cleaning (soap&water).
⦁ Grease/Bird Droppings/Fish Parts/Etc., if soap & water does not completely remove the substance; use a little Acetone and a clean rag.
⦁ Warranty
⦁ 3 years on fading
⦁ Life Expectancy
⦁ Like anything else, the more you care for it the longer it last. Should last well after the fading warranty.
⦁ Competitors
⦁ Seadek, Aqua Traction, Marine Mat, etc…
⦁ Most competitors in the market are using very similar materials. All are imported.
⦁ Differences, the color options and hardness of foam.
⦁ The softer stuff tears easily
⦁ Plasteak
⦁ The extruded materials get very hot
