220 years ago that was the state of the art home! Now days if you want to be the best on the block you build a log cabin. Funny how some things never change.

My wife, Kasie, is the only person I know who has hit a turkey with a vehicle. Jeep Wrangler windshield 1, turkey 0.

I hit a pheasant one time when I lived in Michigan. Darn thing came out of a ditch and hit the front bumper. Scared the bejeezus outta me since I was only 14 and took the car for a ride while the folks were out. I had a wild turkey, F150 incident....that d@mn turkey kept me from climbing in the passenger side. Finally made it in a few trys...lol
Seriously though - about a month ago I was driving down the Watterson (264) here in Louisville and I am guessing a pigeon swooped down on my little UK blue ranger. Hit the passenger door mirror and shattered it. Feathers everywhere....
