Duties include software development, gathering user requirements, testing, and training users on a variety of business computer applications. This position is responsible for creating user Interface, business rules, database definitions, integration components, and application modules. The technologies by this position include ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic, ADO.NET, SQL Server, XML, XSL, JavaScript, COM+, Crystal Reports, Monarch DataPump, MS Access, Active Directory, Visual SourceSafe, Visual Studio.Net.
You should be comfortable programming and be proficient with databases, web application architecture, and the .NET development platform. While we expect you to wear many hats to help the company succeed, you should possess the following requirements:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or in related technical fields.
2-6 years of industry experience developing software applications to support complex business processes, with emphasis on providing web-based applications.
Proven work-related development experience using ASP, SQL, C#, and .NET Framework
Understand the importance of UI and passion for delivering end-user focus solutions
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interview end-users and executives
· 3+ years of experience with software development in a structured environment.
· 3+ years of experience working directly with user to create business applications
· 1+ years of managing software development processes
· Proven track record of successful software project deliveries
Following requirements are also desired:
Experience developing solutions for the Healthcare industry such as electronic remittance and electronic patient records
Customer or product support experience
Project, vendor, and customer management experience
Data warehouse and BI implementation experience
