New feature added-You can now upload Quicktime & MediaPlayer

I just added / turned on the ability to upload (I think up to 256mb) Quick time and Windows Media Player files.
They will not display all purdy but someone can download them from your post and watch them.
I tested a quicktime one in the Belle Of Cincinnati thread.
