Marina/Ramp: Currently mostly out of Jamestown but spend a lot of time at the other Marinas.

Pre2012-Conley Bottom Mostly, Waitsboro, Alligator I&II ramps, Leesford, Pulaski County Park (when it has water), Grider, State Dock (via boat), and Jamestown are a few places you might find me.

I can't see where this is marketable... maybe retirement communities? It's ugly, and I don't see a hundred grand being spent on these, incl. lot, by lower income families. This is exactly what it is, a good idea putting skilled workers back to work. I hope it catches on, and we see lots of them in shiny new trailer parks all across the country, lol.... :D
Happy camper and happy boater!!

At least, with a doublewide, it comes with axles, wheels and can be moved.

Can't understand why anyone thinks that the houseboat manufacturers will survive if they go into this already saturated (and according to market reports, declining) industy of pre-fab/modular housing. The only reason that we keep seeing publicity on this is because it's supported by Grants (meaning taxpayer money).

The economy will turn around and the Lake level will come back up. The houseboat manufacturer who will build "affordable" and more energy-efficient houseboats will own the market.
