This also has roll down windows that attach to the sides that makes it fully enclosed. Would keep this if I thought I might ever retire. 
The seat covers and small valances could be easily changed out if you did not like the "patriotic" color scheme. Is there a "Cardinal" out there that could use this? The early "teens" love these things for getting around the neighborhood and the Lake!
