1979 Stephens steel hull houseboat for sale. Bottom sandblasted & coated 2014. Sleeps 7, with queen master, two full-size bunks, plus couch. New carpet inside & outside added 3 yrs ago, along with 45-inch flat screen TV in living area & 32-inch flat screen TV in master bedroom. Has Yamaha 3500 generator, 85 hp Johnson motor, swim deck, rooftop air, gas heat, and steel hatch storage in hull. All furniture, bedding, dishes, etc. goes with the boat. - Marina/Ramp: Currently mostly out of Jamestown but spend a lot of time at the other Marinas.

At that price surely someone will snag it, most people are scared of steel hull but if its been maintained as stated it sounds like this one may be safe.
Buy American, the job you save just might be your own.

Thank you. We have taken good care of it, including the extra measure to get the bottom sandblasted & recoated. Had it ten years & thought it was our keeper for life, until we gained a grandbaby & two daughter-in-laws & need a little extra space.
