2005 Sharpe 82 x 17
2005 Sharpe houseboat, 82' X 17'. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath boat with a wet bar and flybridge upstairs. Powered by a pair of 260 HP MerCruisers with Bravo 2 outdrives. This boat has a 20 Kw Westerbeke generator and thrusters front and rear. Boat had been so well maintained by the original owners, it looks new. The boat was hauled this summer to have the recommended service done on the in water running gear and a hull inspection. Boat is being sold in "turn key" condition, with all gear, furnishings and housewares included. Boat also has a slide and 2 jetski ramps on the rear deck. I am selling it for a friend of my family.
