So who made it out on the lake this past wknd?

We were at the lake all weekend, but didn't make it out in the boat, instead we went to my daughter's softball games and senior day picnic on Saturday. It was an absolutely perfect day to have been on the lake....so who got out to enjoy it? Or when do you splash your boat to kick off the season??

We are hoping to get the boat in on Derby weekend but not sure yet....who else will be there?

Already here

We probably won't put the boat in until Memorial Day Weekend (maybe put it in the slip sooner). It's hell trying to keep the kids out of the water and I really don't want to deal with hypothermia.

So what good does it do you to live there??? I think I see the water more than you do...you're such a slacker

Nope, I see the water every day. Both the condo and the house are right next to it.

Since moving into the new house we've been swamped with all the little things that come with it.

I hope to be out at the condo next weekend though. We'll see what happens. I'm ready for some golf!

I hit the lake this past weekend. Had the scuba diver install the new props. Had some moonshine. Played drinkin card games. Fired up the genset for the first time of the season. Purrs like a kitten. '
Only bad part was walking to the truck on Sunday. Talked about soaked.
