Shirts for the Party
Would like to get the order to LCK by 4-17-2013 so please have your count etc. in by the night of 16th

Below is a ROUGH draft of what the 2012 Spring Forum Party Shirts will look like.

On the front you will notice we used the LCK logo since it is one we all know and love as Lake Cumberland Lovers.
On the back you will see Logos for LakeCumberland.com, LakeCumberlandBoaters.com, and State Dock to continue to show the unity amongst the forums and to thank our key sponsors.

This year they will be $8.50 plus S&H for the sm-xlg sizes (unless they have to use more than 4 colors and then it could go up $1). The S&H is not for bringing them down to the lake but instead to get them to me from LCK. Last year that was about $25 for the batch so the S&H depends on quantity. If you have me ship the shirts to you that will be a additional charge.

Soooooo with the prices quoted below please understand there will be another .30 cents to .70 cents per shirt added to cover shipping as I am passing the shirts on to everyone for the price I pay for them.

These prices are all white shirts and all the graphics are the same color.

Adult small thru Adult xlg. - $8.50 - $9.50 (Depending on how many colors printer has to use)
Adult 2x are $1.75 more - $10.25 - 11.12 (Depending on how many colors printer has to use)
Adult 3x are $2.25 more - $10.75 - 11.75 (Depending on how many colors printer has to use)
Adult 4x are $3.00 more - $11.50 - 12.50 (Depending on how many colors printer has to use)

If you want a long sleeve shirt those will be the prices above PLUS - $3.00 per shirt.
If you want a shirt some color other than white I will have to see if LCK can get it and how much it will be, pink for example was about $1 more per shirt.
I really recommend sticking to white as the shirts are NOT designed for other color backgrounds. If you order it and don't like it you are still taking it. lol

Last entries will be accepted Tuesday 4-16 night as I want to get the total to LCK by the 17th.

Please list below your order like the following

Quantity - Size - Short or Long Sleeve - Color Trina ;P (see https://usabayside.com/content/long-sleeve-tee and https://usabayside.com/content/basic-tee for colors but I HIGHLY recommend white as some colors may not show up!!!.
1 XL Long Sleeve White Also list if it is for someone in particular and if you need it mailed or will pick up at party.
1 M Short Sleeve Yellow Tater - Will Pick up at party
4 XXL Short Sleeve Teal Joe - Will Pick up at party

Example of cost:
1XXL Long Sleeve yellow would be - 11.12 XXL size + $3 long + 1$ color + .70 shipping = $15.82 total ESTIMATED on high side

Last entries will be accepted Tuesday 4-16 night as I want to get the total to LCK by the 17th.


On another note does anyone want a Lake Cumberland Boaters Pennant? If so let me know ASAP and I will get an order in. As far as I know right now everyone that wanted one has one.

I have no clue, I did a couple test scenarios and it "looked" like it might be ok.

ANYTHING THAT IS WHITE on the T-shirt would then be the color you pick.

Biggest order we have had yet (aside from the first order i ever did where I have the shirts away. ...of course a friend printed them for $2 each including shirt cost which they didn't charge me for and they were not on USA shirts)

Ok, I FINALLY got around to making a spreadsheet. It caught a error or two (that is if I didn't have a error or two putting the figures in) Please review it if/when you have a chance.

The price totals are ESTIMATES only and I used the high end numbers LCK gave me to come up with them in case the printer had to use 7 colors to print instead of 4 colors)

This sheet is huge so have fun scrolling but I had to account for the yellow shirts this year. (if you didn't order any yellow you could hide those columns.

Received shirts Monday, counted them all out tonight and separated them into their separate orders. If you still or just now know you won't be at the party and want me to try to ship your shirt this week let me know and I'll try to. Busy week. Go in before post office opens and going home after it closes for the most part but hey tomorrow is Hump Day maybe I'll get lucky. ...and get to head home sooner. lol

Yep, I see it but like I said I was doing most of this stuff late at night after I got home, got Avery to bed, got done with work e-mails and got to focus on it. That's why I asked everyone to look at the excel sheet. I knew I HAD to have screwed up somewhere. Luckily it was you (not cause that is good but because you understood)

All shirts but one shipped! Sorry it took so long, During open hours for the post office I had not been able to make it there since the forum party till last Friday afternoon because my wife took off work early and picked my daughter up so I didn't have to...

ANYONE who was getting their shirt mailed, I mailed them out Friday afternoon from Lexington.

All should be in route (I have tracking numbers at home if needed) except for maxium's and I don't have a address for that one. I u2ued them on 5-30-2013 at 10:12 from Lakecumberland.com. The U2U is still unread, if anyone knows Maxium please let them know. I'll hold on to it for a month and if I don't hear anything I might pass it off to someone else.

PS. if you have trouble reading the horrible handwriting ( I was rushing to get out of the post office and trying to not fall further back in a looooong line) just U2U me and I can give you my address and when I get home I can even rework the total. I think everyone but MPII had $5.60 in shipping. His was .20 more. Thus the total would be whatever is on the slip plus that.
