To be honest I was just amazed... I didn't have time to be pi$$ed.

But the more I thought about it, the more I thought Bill needed to be informed..... a sneeze and there would have been 7 dead people on our boat, not to mention those on his.

Just plain bad judgement..... and remember another boat passed between us and the shore.... going 100+.

I was sent a video showing them going by others fairly close..... Ill share it all with Bill Friday... she what he thinks.

Go over on lc.com and say that! You'll be called a drama queen, old fart, etc.! (and that's in public!). Just because of the inherent risk (and my dislike of loud, fast boats) I won't be anywhere near them. To each his own...but I do think you have to somehow impress on both drivers and spectators how risky this can be. Get all the FACTS out and let people make decisions about where they want to be. I think G.T. has handled the situation in a very classy manner but his message is getting lost......JMHO!

Here's a smart guy.

I bet he said something like "hey man let's cut this corner here in front of Waitsboro, we can get there quicker. Why the hell are al these boats coming right at me at like a 100 friggin miles per hour?"
